These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Balanced Daily Wellness

website and the purchase of products through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to

these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Balanced Daily Wellness is operated by Balanced Daily Wellness, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability

placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products, Pricing, and Availability

● We attempt to display product information, images, and pricing accurately, but errors may

occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors, and to cancel

orders affected by such errors, even after an order has been placed.

● Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at

checkout in accordance with Connecticut and other applicable state tax law.

● Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Some products are fulfilled

by third-party suppliers and are subject to their inventory and processing times.

Orders and Payment

● Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order for

any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

● Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor at the time of order.

We do not store full payment card details.

● You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

Shipping

We ship using a hybrid model: some orders ship from our Connecticut facility, and others ship directly

from third-party suppliers, which may result in multi-package shipments and varying delivery times for a

single order. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and

title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Product Use and Disclaimers

● Our products are cosmetic skincare products, not drugs or medical treatments, and are not

intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

● We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product, and

discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

● Content on the Site, including educational content and recommendations from our “Dewy”

assistant or skin quiz, is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical or

dermatological advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider or dermatologist regarding any

skin condition, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or use of active ingredients such as retinoids or acids.

● Individual results vary. We make no guarantee regarding specific outcomes from product use.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Dewy character and related branding,

product descriptions, and educational materials — is owned by or licensed to Balanced Daily Wellness

and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use

this content without our prior written permission, other than for personal, non-commercial use of the

Site.

User Conduct

You agree not to: violate any applicable law; interfere with the security or operation of the Site; submit

false or misleading information; attempt to resell products purchased from us without authorization; or

use the Site to transmit harmful code.

Reviews and User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free,

worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business and

marketing. You represent that any content you submit is accurate and does not infringe on the rights of

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Balanced Daily Wellness will not be liable for any indirect,

incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased

through it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law

principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive

jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, unless otherwise required by applicable

consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Connecticut

Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA) or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Severability and Changes

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full

effect. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes

constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
