I’m confused about the the date on my product. Is it date of production or expiration?
Most Korean beauty products are marked with a date of production.
You can check the characters in front of the dates to be sure:
제조 = Manufactured date
까지 = Open-by date
Usually unopened products have shelf life of 2-5 years. Once opened, products are good for up to a year. Natural and/or organic products have shorter shelf life in general, and information is listed in individual product pages.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
If you received a damaged product, please SAVE THE PACKAGE & PACKING MATERIALS and reach us at balanceddailywellness@gmail.com immediately for assistance.
My package status is DELIVERED, but I can't find it. Where is my package?
Letter carrier may have placed it in a safer location including mailbox, porch or garage. Also, check with others in your house that may have accepted it. In rare cases, package may show as
'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours.
If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, to save time a service request may be sent by email to your local Post Office™ facility for follow-up. You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days.
Do you collect sales taxes?
Domestic sales tax will be collected in accordance with sales tax laws and regulations imposed by each state. Sales tax, if any, will be shown under subtotal during checkout.
Can discount codes and/or offers be combined?
Only one (1) discount code will apply at checkout. Offers cannot be combined.
How long will my order take to get delivered?
US Domestic shipments are mailed via USPS. It typically take 3-8 business days for delivery.
International shipments via DHL or UPS take 3-14 business days depending on the shipping service purchased and your destination country.
Will I pay any import fees other than what I paid at checkout for international orders?
Import fees including duties and taxes including VAT are calculated at checkout. Once order is placed, your package is shipped out as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and therefore you will not need to pay anything else when it is delivered to you. Please also see Orders + Shipping
What is your return policy?

Please note any open items, single-use items, items purchased using a discount code during sales (including free shipping, gift with purchase, pop-up, etc.) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return/refund.
How do I know my product is genuine?
We are committed to bringing you only the authentic, genuine and recently produced products.
We source our products directly from our partner brands in Korea and/or with their official and verified distributors.
Product descriptions and ingredients:
From time to time brands update product descriptions on the packaging, as well as the formulas with updated ingredients. We practice our diligence in reflecting these changes in our shop as soon as we can. However, if you see a discrepancy on what you see on our site and the product you received, please refer to the product packaging for the most up-to-date ingredients.
Do you have a rewards program?
BDW will send periodic sale items, specials and bonus offers for customers who join our email list.
An update on pricing:
Starting in early April 2025, a new U.S. tariff on select imported goods has gone into effect, directly impacting many of the Korean beauty products we curate. As a result, prices on newly restocked items and all new brands and their products added to our shop may reflect an increase of up to 10%. While we’ve absorbed as much of the added cost as possible, this adjustment helps us continue bringing you the best in curated Korean skincare.
